We guarantee your satisfaction on unused merchandise in resaleable condition 30 days from the date of delivery. You may open the packaging to determine the quality but please do not damage or use. We can’t accept used merchandise. Please return in original packaging. You must contact us to make arrangements for any returns and/exchanges.

Please do not take it upon yourself to simply return any merchandise without first contacting us or you will void any and all return rights. We will guide you through the return process either on the phone or via email.

We DO NOT charge a restocking fee on returns. Customer assumes shipping costs unless they receive an incorrect or defective item, in which case we will pay for shipping both ways.
